Returns & Exchanges

At KTM Spare Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
